As a construction manager you will be managing part of a team and have a significant role in the safe delivery and creating a safety culture on a project site to ensure a safe delivery and performance for the business. Attention to detail, planning and logical thinking are all key skills that you will possess to meet the demanding deadlines that you will be working to. You will also need to be sociable and can communicate with people at all different levels of the business and with partners, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
Safety and Quality will be a core part of your role to instil a culture within your team of delivering high quality work first time. Within Laing O’Rourke, you will work closely with other parts of the business including Planning, Design Management and Engineering.
